THE COLLABORATIVE PROCESS
If you need an entire program or course built and/or redesigned, this is the high-level view of what my usual process looks like.
In many cases, I'm just playing a smaller role in one step of this bigger process... and that's fine-- I'm comfortable with that, too!

THE CHAT
Let's start by having a conversation about your vision, goals, and requirements. We'll talk strategies, audience needs, and existing training status.
Together, we can create a plan that will work with your timeline, budget, and allocated resources.

----------------
THE RESULT: A project plan we're both excited about.

THE DESIGN
This is where it gets fun! My expertise in Instructional Design means I love collaborating with you to transform your complicated content and raw materials into a digestible learning approach with custom materials. This may include building new curricula or creating/redesigning eLearning courses, Instructor-Led training approaches, webinar facilitation packages, print-based materials, videos, or more.

----------------
THE RESULT: Depending on the project needs, this may be include a Design Document, a Storyboard, or a detailed Outline/Script.

THE DEVELOPMENT
Whether you need a set of materials for classroom-based instruction, eLearning courses, or print-based materials, I have the tools and experience to build it for you.
I also love reaching out to my talented professional freelancing colleagues to engage their services, if what you seek requires a timeline or skillset that is beyond my reach or bandwidth. My goal is to help you meet your goals.

----------------
THE RESULT: Your polished training materials or delivery!

THE FOLLOW-UP
In most cases, it's important to figure out how we can identify and measure what "success" means to your training endeavor. This may include evaluating learning behaviors, measuring business outcomes, and/or gathering feedback about the training itself.
Your training shouldn't just put a check in an arbitrary box-- let's make sure it positively effects your business and your learners!

----------------
THE RESULT: Verification of successes and a measurable basis for future plans.
